Had to sort out a few things on my UKS Arms account and it was straightforward tbh. Logged in with no issues and updating my details didn’t turn into a whole thing.
My order info was easy to find as well, which was handy because I really didn’t feel like digging through old emails lol.
Nothing complicated, no drama, it just worked how it should. Happy with it overall, 5 stars

The payment options seemed decent enough when I checked out. My card got declined the first time, though I’m not totally sure if that was on my bank’s side or the site’s. I tried again and it went through, so overall it was fine, just a little annoying for a minute.

"Nice selection, but stock could be better"
They’ve got a good range of stuff on the site, more than I expected. It was easy enough to browse around and find things I liked. A few items I wanted were out of stock though, which was a bit annoying. There’s still plenty to choose from, but if that keeps happening, I might end up looking somewhere else.

I ordered from uksarms.com after spending a bit of time looking through the photos and product info, and from my experience, the listing was reliable. What showed up matched the colour, size, and included parts shown on the page, so there weren’t any awkward surprises when I opened it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one small spec could have been explained a little better, and I ended up checking another source just to be sure. That said, the main details were accurate, and the order matched what was advertised, which I definitely appreciated

It looked good when I got it, and I was happy with it at first. Unfortunately, it ended up breaking sooner than I expected. It might still be fine for light use, but the quality felt a little inconsistent in my experience...

It was okay overall, but my rail adapter didn’t quite fit right out of the box. I had to file it down to get it to work, which felt a little ridiculous for something that should’ve just fit properly

"Proper UKARA check and decent service"
Ordered a RIF from UKS Arms and, to be fair, they did everything properly with the UKARA check before sending it out, which is what you want really. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, not ages or anything, just one of those “is it on the way yet?” moments. The item turned up fine though, packed alright, no issues there. I’d probably use them again, just think the updates could be a bit quicker so you’re not left wondering

I ordered from uksarms and, the item looked pretty much like the pictures on the website. The colour and shape were accurate, maybe just slightly different in person, but not in a way that bothered me. It was reassuring because I felt like I actually knew what I was buying. That said, it is mildly disappointing from a presentation standpoint that there weren’t more angles shown. Still, no big drama. Giving it 4 stars because the photos were good, just could’ve been a bit more thorough.
